It is always gratifying to know that we have touched and helped people along the way. When we see how those whom we have coached gain new insights, overcome fears and issues, and forge new and better directions for themselves, it really is a wonderful feeling of celebrating and gratefulness. When our coachees send us greetings and want to remain in touch and tell us how they are progressing, it is humbling and deeply gratifying.
