Misunderstood Misrepresented Maligned Monarch

This was what came to me as I watched the video called “The Last King of America” by Andrew Roberts. The introduction was done by Victor Davis Hanson, and Peter Robinson was in the audience and got to ask a question also (Extra!).

Andrew Roberts says that King George III was a much misunderstood king. After listening to what he has to say, I tend to agree. I don’t know anything about King George III, and I am glad to have had a few eye-openers from this video. I wonder if Frederick the Great of Prussia, who came on the scene later on, had been impressed with King George III’s legacy, or had he also been led to baser opinions by the Whig historians? Hopefully I’ll find out one day.
