Leadership is very much like parenting. The aim of equipping our people is for them to be able to build upon all that we have given them and become greater and more significant than we ourselves have ever been. That is why our children stand on our shoulders, so that they have everything we can offer them before we leave this earth, that they may have our visions to build and develop their own, to the next generation, and so on.
