I’ve been hearing talk about organizations being “too big”, resulting in challenges with internal alignment, communications, slow turnaround times, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

A blue whale doesn’t need half an hour to change course, it just changes course! It doesn’t have to wait a week before all Blue Whale Business Units receive, assimilate and integrate the message to dive and feed, it just dives and feeds!<\/span><\/p>\n
